Riad BE

Riad BE has a total of eleven small rooms, each with a unique interior design. The Riad is split into two sides: one is called ‘The Oasis,’ and the other is called ‘The Essence.’ Both sides have different aesthetics but are well connected to each other. We stayed in the minimalistic ‘Zafran’ room on ‘The Essence’ side of the building. Typically, rooms in riads are on the smaller side, but our room had plenty of space for a comfortable stay.

Due to its incredible central location in the heart of the historical Medina, you can easily explore Marrakesh on foot. The famous Souk area is only a 5-minute walk away, 10 minutes from the Jemaa El Fnaa square, and about 30 minutes to either Palais de la Bahia or Jardin Majorelle. Additionally, many great restaurants are right around the corner, where you can enjoy local and traditional Moroccan cuisine.

You can also choose to stay at the riad and relax in one of the charming corners of the incredible rooftop. Alternatively, you can take a dip in one of the two traditional Moroccan plunge pools. Riad BE also offers a range of wellness activities right on the premises. Guests can book a yoga class, enjoy a relaxing massage, or indulge in a traditional hammam experience. These services enhance the overall sense of relaxation and rejuvenation that Riad BE aims to provide.

Although you might not spend too much time in the room, it is good to know that the WiFi can be a little spotty. Also, be prepared for the room to get quite cold at night despite the warm daytime temperatures outside. However, these should absolutely not stop you from enjoying your time at the Riad.
