Because of the beautiful beaches, tropical weather, local food and relaxing vibe a lot of people around the world love to travel to Tulum and spent their summer or winter holiday there.
A lot of Europeans choose Greece as their summer destination each year. This is not a huge surprise since Greece always has great weather, the food is fantastic and it is very affordable.
Athens is one of the oldest cities in the world and known for its history, culture and ancient monuments. Besides visiting the Acropolis it is definitely worth exploring the areas Anafiotika, Monastiraki, Plaka and Psyri.
Santorini is really impressive when you approach it by water. Many towns and villages are located on top of high cliffs far above the water and because of the white color of the houses they really stand out against the tall dark volcanic rocks.
Milos might not be the first island that people think of when booking a trip to Greece. We heard many great stories about this island and since it was easy to get to from Santorini we definitely wanted to add it to our trip as well.
Naxos is the largest island in the Cyclades and is home to Mount Zas (Zeus). Just like many other islands in Greece, Naxos is nowadays known to be a popular tourist location because of its many beaches and ruins.
Out of all the islands of Greece, Mykonos is probably the best known for its summer party scene. Every year thousands of tourists and celebrities from all over the world travel to Mykonos to enjoy the vibrant nightlife.
Each year we go on a road trip and this time we drove from Phoenix, Arizona through Utah to Denver, Colorado. Some highlights include the Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, Arches National Park, and more!
Toronto has a thriving food and culture scene because of the many cultures from around the world that call this place home. As the 4th largest city in North America, there is also plenty of things to see and do to fill up a weekend getaway to Canada.
Amsterdam is a beautiful city and is great to add as a short stop to your European trip or quickly explore during a lay-over to another destination. We saw the tulips, tried a 'stroopwafel' and enjoyed the canals and cute townhouses in only 24h!
Paris is probably one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in the world (they don’t call it the city of love for nothing) and has a lot to offer. We enjoyed the cute boutique hotel La Maison Favart and visited some non-touristy areas.
With a combination of great street food, architecture and good weather Mexico City should definitely be on your must-visit list. We stayed at RYO KAN, visited a diversity of museums and enjoyed great restaurants and local taco's!
